Math/Social Studies -- Mean, Median, Mode, Range

The picture above gives a brief description on how to calculate the mean (or average), median, mode, and range of a set of numbers.  Based on the results of the GED tests we have seen so far, questions utilizing mean, median, mode, and range are appearing frequently both on the Math test and the Social Studies test.  Therefore, you should practice this material.

Social Studies -- Online Study Guide for the Constitution Test

Illinois requires that every person pass a test over the U.S. Constitution, Illinois Constitution, and flag code in order to obtain a high school diploma.  This test must be issued after the participant has entered the ninth grade (i.e., passing the test in middle school would not count).

The website below provides information about the test and a study guide.

If you have already passed the Constitution test, I would highly recommend that you study this material, as much of this content is expected to be known for taking the new Social Studies GED test.
